Collect the right information – directly in the donation flow

Whether your donor pays by card or another payment method, you can collect exactly the donor information you need:

• Basic contact details such as name and email
• Custom fields for address, personal ID number, phone number or other donor information
• Everything is collected in the same smooth flow as the payment

The donor fills in their details once, and for recurring donations the card details are saved securely so that future payments are taken automatically without the donor needing to do anything more.

Safe and reliable

All card handling takes place via Octany's secure payment partner with the highest security standards (PCI DSS). Card details are never saved in Octany but are handled directly by the card provider. This means maximum security for both donors and your organisation.
