It depends on the payment method. For card payments, a portion of the transaction fee is charged at the time of payment. The remaining transaction fees are charged once every six months in arrears.

You can get an account in our test environment to see if Octany works well on your website. You can also start and pay on a monthly basis. We have no minimum contract period.
When paying with Autogiro, the giver signs with Mobile Bank ID, which is sent to their bank. After 1-2 banking days, the bank returns to Octany stating that the Autogiro link has been approved and that we have permission to debit the giver's account. That permission is called a mandate.
